Job summary

Akaasa Technologies seeks an Epic Analyst to configure and validate Epic Lumens solutions. You will work on procedural builds, department workflows, security rules, and end-to-end testing to ensure accurate patient data and efficient care delivery.

You will lead go-live activities, troubleshoot issues, document builds, and transfer knowledge to operations teams. Candidates should hold Epic Lumens certification and demonstrate strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and cross-team

Job description

Title: Epic Analyst

• Certification - Epic Lumens required, Radiant and Ambulatory a plus.
• Strong procedural build experience - including department and EAF configuration, procedure workflows, navigators/narrators, profiles, security, rules, LPPS, and related Lumens build components.
• Orders and scheduling workflow expertise - including procedure orders, order-based questions, scheduling workflows, work queues, department records, appointment configuration, and associated routing logic.
• End-to-end testing and implementation experience - including integrated, regression, and workflow testing, cutover planning, go-live support, stabilization, production support, and break/fix troubleshooting.
• Independent issue investigation and root-cause analysis - able to assess workflow problems, trace issues across configuration and integrated applications, determine the underlying cause, and implement the appropriate fix.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills - able to translate operational workflows into clear build documentation, step-by-step procedures, troubleshooting guides, support references, and internal training materials.
