$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Job Title: Epic Analyst – Multiple Roles Available (100% Remote | 12-Month Contract)

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in the United States. Ohio residents preferred)

Type: W-2 Contract

Duration: 12 Months or longer

Overview:

Our SLED client is hiring three Epic Analysts to support critical areas of Epic application implementation and optimization. Each position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact healthcare technology projects that support population health, information management, and revenue cycle operations.

We are looking for junior to mid-level Epic-certified professionals who can bring 2+ years of hands-on experience and are passionate about using Epic to improve healthcare delivery, compliance, and operations.

Open Roles:

1. Epic Analyst – Healthy Planet (Population Health)

Focus: Population health metrics, care coordination, and preventive workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the Epic Healthy Planet module
• Analyze population health data to support value-based care strategies
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders
• Develop dashboards and reports for performance tracking

Required:

• 2+ years supporting Epic Healthy Planet
• Epic Healthy Planet certification (preferred)
• Experience working in clinical or hospital settings

2. Epic Analyst – HIM (Health Information Management)

Focus: Release of Information (ROI), Deficiency Tracking, Identity Management, and Coding

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Epic HIM modules
• Collaborate with HIM stakeholders to optimize workflows
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards
• Maintain secure, accurate medical records using Epic tools

Required:

• 2+ years with Epic HIM modules
• Epic HIM certification(s) preferred
• Strong understanding of HIM operations and regulatory standards

3. Epic Analyst – Professional Billing & Claims

Focus: Revenue cycle optimization, charge capture, claims processing

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Epic PB and Claims modules
• Troubleshoot billing and claims issues (e.g., denials, edits)
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and deployment

Required:

• 2+ years with Epic Professional Billing/Claims
• Epic PB certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of billing workflows, remittance, and payer rules
