e4health offers a retirement benefits package including 401(k) with company match. Full-time employees will be eligible to contribute after 90 days; part-time after 250 hours.

Sitting, talking, hearing, near vision, feeling, and reaching are required. Travel up to 15% may be required.
Mostly indoors, with occasional exposure to noise and weather conditions.
$55-85/hr.
