Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking an experienced IT/IS professional to serve as the primary administrator and support resource for Epic and Brokerage Builder. You will provide day-to-day application support, troubleshoot issues for business users, and maintain system configuration, data integrity, and platform performance.

You will develop reports and dashboards using agency systems and Microsoft Excel, identify process improvements, and leverage AI/cloud tools to enhance reporting and workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting insurance agency management systems or similar business applications.
• Experience with Epic, Brokerage Builder (Zywave), or comparable platforms is strongly preferred.
• Insurance industry experience is required; benefits industry experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and support resource for Epic and Brokerage Builder.
• Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for business users.
• Maintain system configuration, data integrity, and overall platform performance.
• Develop and distribute reports, dashboards, and data analysis using agency systems and Excel.
