Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to support and optimize Epic and Brokerage Builder environments, driving reporting, automation, and operational efficiency across agency systems.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in insurance applications, strong Excel/reporting skills, and experience with modern AI and cloud-based workflow enhancements. Strong cross-team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting insurance agency management systems or similar business apps.
• Experience with Epic and Brokerage Builder (Zywave) or similar.
• Insurance industry experience required.
• Benefits/Commercial & Personal Lines experience preferred.
• Experience in brokerage/agency/consulting environment preferred.
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary admin for Epic and Brokerage Builder.
• Provide daily app support and issue resolution.
• Maintain system configuration and data integrity.
• Develop reports and dashboards using agency systems and Excel.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Leverage AI and cloud-based tools to enhance reporting.
• Support technology projects including acquisitions and implementations.
• Coordinate user access, licensing, and audits.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
