Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to manage Epic AMS and Brokerage Builder environments. You will partner with business and technology teams to optimize system performance, enable advanced reporting, and streamline workflows across Benefits and P&C segments.

You will guide user access, run data analysis in Excel, and contribute to AI-enabled automation and cloud-based workflow improvements, with occasional after-hours support for system deployments and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting insurance agency management systems or similar business applications.
• Experience with Epic, Brokerage Builder (Zywave), or comparable platforms strongly preferred.
• Insurance industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Epic and Brokerage Builder.
• Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for business users.
• Maintain system configuration, data integrity, and platform performance.
• Develop and distribute reports, dashboards, and data analysis using agency systems and Excel.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies.
