Job summary

Affordable American Insurance seeks an experienced Agency Management Platform Administrator to lead configuration, administration, optimization, and adoption of its core agency technology platforms. The candidate will bring deep Applied Epic administration expertise, strong EZLynx configuration knowledge, and a practical understanding of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment.
• Deep hands-on experience administering Applied Epic.
• AI centric driver, looking for new ways to integrate AI into servicing workflow.
• Strong working knowledge of EZLynx configuration and administration.
• Experience with carrier downloads, system integrations, and related exception resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to create operational reports and dashboards.
• Experience designing, implementing, or improving workflow automation.
• Training and change-management ability, including translating system concepts for business users.
• Strong understanding of both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize Applied Epic and EZLynx in alignment with business requirements and approved standards.
• Manage user roles, security access, configuration settings, workflows, codes, and system controls.
• Coordinate carrier downloads and integrations; monitor results and resolve exceptions with carriers or vendors.
• Translate Personal Lines and Commercial Lines needs into scalable platform configurations and workflows.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and insights for service, sales, retention, data quality, and leadership decisions.
• Design and improve workflow automation to reduce duplicates and improve user experience.
• Establish data-quality controls and remediation of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Document platform standards, workflows, and guidance; lead user acceptance testing and release readiness.
• Develop and deliver role-based training for Producers, Account Executives, service teams, managers, and other users.
• Support change management through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

Position Overview

This role will partner across operations, sales, service, finance, leadership, and technology to improve data quality, workflows, carrier connectivity, reporting, and user effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize Applied Epic and EZLynx in alignment with business requirements and approved operating standards.
• Manage user roles, security access, configuration settings, workflows, templates, codes, and system controls.
• Coordinate carrier downloads and integrations; monitor results, investigate exceptions, and partner with carriers or vendors on resolution.
• Translate Personal Lines and Commercial Lines operating needs into scalable platform configurations and workflows.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and management insights that support service, sales, retention, data quality, and leadership decisions.
• Design and improve workflow automation to reduce duplicate work, strengthen consistency, and improve the employee and customer experience.
• Establish data-quality controls and support remediation of incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate platform data.
• Document platform standards, configuration decisions, workflows, change controls, and user guidance.
• Lead user acceptance testing and release readiness for material configuration changes, integrations, enhancements, and system updates.
• Develop and deliver role-based training for Producers, Account Executives, service teams, managers, and other users.
• Support change management through clear communication, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption monitoring, and reinforcement.
• Serve as a platform subject-matter resource, respond to escalated issues, and coordinate with approved vendors and internal partners.
• Maintain awareness of emerging agency-management capabilities and recommend practical improvements aligned with AAI priorities.
