Job description

Epic IT Support Analyst

Seeking an Epic IT Support Analyst to manage and optimize internal systems, including an Agency Management System (EPIC), a lead management platform, and other technology resources. This role ensures systems remain current with releases and patches, supports user adoption of new features, and maintains documentation in shared locations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage updates, releases, and patches for EPIC and related internal systems
  • Oversee rollout of new EPIC features and enhancements
  • Serve as a technical resource for system and login inquiries
  • Maintain documentation of procedures and guidelines within shared folders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve system functionality and user experience; partner with training resources to update workflows
  • Provide maintenance and administrative support for the lead management system
  • Assist with data integrations between internal systems
  • Support reporting needs across platformsAct as liaison between the agency and broader IT resources
  • Assist with IT and cybersecurity compliance efforts
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in an insurance environment preferred
  • IT experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with EPIC or other agency management software preferred
  • Familiarity with lead management systems preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic math competency (percentages, fractions, etc.)
  • Ability to use standard office equipment
