North Memorial Health in Minnesota is seeking an IT Resources Manager to oversee development and support of revenue cycle, clinical, corporate, and ancillary systems. You will lead staff to analyze business requirements and design integrated system solutions end-to-end.

The role requires Epic Ambulatory experience (and Healthy Planet/Compass Rose) with at least 3 years in Epic Ambulatory. Hybrid remote work is available for residents in MN or WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Management, or 6 years related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Epic Ambulatory experience.
• Experience with process improvement techniques and project management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned IT resources in development and support of revenue cycle, clinical, corporate and ancillary systems.
• Direct, manage and coordinate staff to analyze requirements and implement integrated IT solutions.
