Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, business, clinical informatics, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Three+ years of Epic application support, build, training, or optimization experience.
Current Epic Ambulatory certification.
Knowledge of ambulatory clinical workflows, outpatient documentation, orders, referrals, result routing, inbasket workflows, and provider workflows.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, test, support, and optimize EpicCare Ambulatory and assigned applications.
Attend meetings as required and participate on committees as directed.
Engage with customers to discuss needs and provide actionable recommendations.
Maintain professional conduct under deadlines and stressful conditions.
Sustain department documentation and governance, change, project, and incident management.
