Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related hospital or hospital-based clinic experience
• Epic certification current or within 9 months of employment
• 3+ years’ experience in build, training, and support of Epic Systems EHR
• HIM Coding, Abstracting, and Hospital Coding experience

Responsibilities

• Provide regular status reports to management
• Attend meetings and participate on committees
• Participate in customer discussions offering recommendations
• Maintain department documentation and ensure current levels
• Support Governance, Change Management, Project Management, and Security policies
• Maintain Epic certification and stay current with updates
• Analyze Level 1/2 problems and perform validation with end users
• Build and maintain Reporting Workbench reports
• Collaborate with IT and Empower teams to identify solutions
