Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a dynamic IT Director, Epic Ambulatory Applications to lead Epic initiatives across ambulatory care. This role drives the strategic roadmap, oversees Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet and OpTime teams, and partners with the VP to optimize care delivery and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Epic leadership, strong vendor management, and a track record of improving patient engagement and access through technology.

Qualifications

8+ years leading Epic teams, multi-specialty preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships.
Experience in Patient Engagement and Access optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic EMR roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
Lead Epic Ambulatory/Healthy Planet and OpTime teams to drive improvements.
Build a high-performing team and partner with key stakeholders for integration.
