Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an experienced Director, Epic EMR focused on Patient Access and Engagement to lead Epic initiatives across the organization. You will set strategy, drive transformation, and partner with senior leaders to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Proven experience with Epic modules (Prelude, Cadence, MyChart, Referrals) and a track record of delivering results in a multi-specialty health system is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Epic teams' management, with multi-specialty experience.
• Proven leadership, vendor management, and collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of Epic Patient Engagement and Access related modules: Prelude, Cadence, MyChart, Referrals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic Patient Engagement and Access initiatives across the health system.
• Drive strategic improvements in Patient Access KPIs with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with VP of EMR Systems to optimize integrations and resources.
