Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to run EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) recruiting. You’ll manage a team of Talent Partners and Coordinators, carry a personal load of senior and leadership searches, and own the operating cadence for the EPD recruiting function.

This is a building role where you’ll define coverage models, capacity planning, and interview standards. You’ll report to the VP of Talent and partner with CTO, VP Engineering, and Product/Design leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical recruiting with leadership experience
• Experience at high-growth SaaS companies (>$100M ARR or Series C)
• Experience building recruiting infrastructure (coverage, SLA, debriefs)
• Proficient with ATS configuration, reporting and workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EPD Talent team across multiple locations (US/Canada).
• Own the full hiring plan for Engineering, Product and Design; monitor time-to-fill, pipeline health and quality of hire.
• Manage a personal load of senior/leadership hires (Staff Engineer, Eng Manager, Senior PM, Design Lead).
• Define coverage models, capacity planning and interview processes; standardize practices.
• Partner with EPD leadership on headcount strategy, role scoping, leveling, and market positioning.
• Drive sourcing strategy across LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, events, and agencies.
• Oversee ATS implementation (Ashby) including setup, interview plans, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Integrate CodeSignal for engineering assessments and ensure calibrated technical screens.
