Job summary

MaintainX, the AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to run EPD recruiting. You'll manage a team of Talent Partners and Coordinators, carry a personal req load of senior and leadership hires, and own the operating cadence for the EPD recruiting function.

Qualifications

• 8 years in technical recruiting with at least 2 years leading a recruiting team.
• Experience at high-growth SaaS firms ($100M ARR or Series C) scaling a recruiting function.
• Hands-on experience building recruiting infrastructure: coverage models, capacity plans, SLA frameworks.
• Strong ATS experience; able to configure jobs, build reports, and design workflows.
• Proven ability to recruit senior technical talent personally (Staff Engineer or VP Product).
• Data-driven operating style with pipeline reviews and measurable metrics.
• Experience managing teams across US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EPD Talent team across multiple locations.
• Own the full hiring plan for Engineering, Product, and Design; manage time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Carry a personal load of senior/leadership hires and model standards.
• Build the operating system for EPD recruiting and document best practices.
• Partner with EPD leadership on hiring strategy and headcount planning.
• Drive sourcing strategy and track cost-per-hire and source-of-hire data.
• Implement and optimize the ATS (Ashby) configuration, plans, and dashboards.
• Integrate CodeSignal assessments and calibrate technical screens.
