Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to run EPD recruiting across Engineering, Product and Design. You will manage a team of Talent Partners and Coordinators, handle senior leadership searches, and own the operating cadence for the EPD function.

You will build scalable interviewing processes, tackle capacity planning, and partner with CTO and VP of Talent on hiring strategy. Strong ATS experience and hands-on leadership are required to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical recruiting with leadership of engineers/product hiring.
• Experience at high-growth SaaS companies ($100M ARR+) scaling recruiting during rapid hiring.
• Hands-on experience building recruiting infrastructure: coverage models, capacity plans, SLA frameworks, debrief processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EPD Talent team across Montreal, Toronto, and San Francisco.
• Own EPD recruiting outcomes with full hiring plan, time-to-fill, pipeline health and quality of hire.
• Carry a personal req load of senior and leadership hires (Staff Engineer, VP Product, etc).
• Define coverage models, capacity planning, stage SLAs, and standardized debriefs; document tribal knowledge.
