Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Site Contracts Administrator in Gary, IN, to join our Project Delivery Group. The role focuses on administration of construction and service contracts on EPCM projects, with responsibilities spanning post-award activities through close-out and handover at site.

You will work on contractual changes, monitor programs, certify payments and manage claims, while ensuring compliance with contract terms and corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive EPCM project experience managing construction and services contracts.
• Training in contracts or legal topics.
• Experience drafting and executing commercial terms and conditions.
• Experience on large construction sites.
• Strong procurement knowledge and governance principles.
• Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Contractual change control relating to cost and time.
• Program monitoring and progress meetings.
• Payment certification and cash flow forecast.
• Claims administration.
• Develop, process and implement contractual documents and change notices.
• Administrate contracts per general requirements of contractual terms and conditions.
• Maintain contract registers per project instructions.
• Drive the deliverables from quantity surveyors.
• Close-out.
