Job summary

Worley Group, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead materials management on active EPC construction projects. You will ensure proper receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory control to support safe and efficient project execution.

You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to optimize material availability, maintain inventory accuracy, and improve warehouse productivity across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in warehouse, materials management, logistics, or construction support.
• Experience supporting EPC projects on active sites.
• Experience managing warehouse operations for energy/industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and materials management on industrial construction projects.
• Manage warehouse personnel and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Develop warehouse procedures, inventory controls, and performance metrics.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely material delivery aligned with project schedules.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project controls.
• Provide reports and updates to project leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in materials management and safety.
