Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical roles.

You will partner with leaders to deliver high‑quality talent solutions, develop sourcing strategies, manage multiple requisitions, and build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical positions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Create and manage recruiting campaigns, advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry resources to identify candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health.
• Support university recruiting, internship programs, co-ops, career fairs, and industry events.
• Participate in cross-functional recruiting initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information.
