Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Technology or related field with 3–5 years PM experience.
• Ten years PM experience with PMP/CAPM considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong familiarity with PM practices, methods and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight to the project team and activities.
• Manages project schedules and overall scope of work.
• Defines objectives and plans completion; implements changes as needed.
• Monitors progress and controls budget and resources.
