Linxon in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex EPC energy and infrastructure projects from initiation to handover. You will own the P&L, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and manage diverse teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial functions.
You will engage customers and stakeholders, oversee schedules and budgets, and travel as needed to support project execution while maintaining a strong on-site presence.

As a Project Manager at Linxon, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, leading the safe, successful, and profitable delivery of EPC projects from award through commissioning and handover. You will own project P&L performance, drive operational excellence, manage customer relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Linxon’s commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex EPC, electrical transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget. You are a results‑driven leader with experience managing full project P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow management, and commercial performance. You are skilled at leading and motivating multidisciplinary project teams, creating an environment focused on safety, collaboration, accountability, and high performance. You are an effective communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You have a solid understanding of project management principles, project controls, risk management, contract management, change management, and project execution methodologies. You are proactive and solutions‑oriented, with the ability to identify risks, resolve challenges, and capitalize on opportunities to improve project outcomes. You have strong negotiation, problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. You demonstrate strong business acumen and can balance customer expectations, project objectives, and company goals to deliver successful outcomes. You have experience delivering EPC projects within the power, utility, electrical transmission, substation, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors. You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. You have a PMP certification or other project management certification, or the ability to obtain one. You have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. You are willing to travel as required and maintain an active presence on project sites during construction and commissioning activities.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $82,200 to $157,600. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
