Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our midsize electrical contractor client in Wisconsin. You will manage projects from proposal development through execution, ensuring scope, technical soundness, and alignment with schedule and budget.

The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners, overseeing equipment sourcing and procurement, and reviewing EPC proposals to ensure readiness for mobilization and field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience from an electrical utility contractor.
• Experience with substation or transmission.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from incoming proposal development through execution, ensuring proper scope, technical soundness, and alignment with schedule and budget.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners, oversee equipment sourcing and procurement activities, and support construction planning for mobilization and field execution.
• Review EPC proposals and partner with Operations, Estimating, and Risk Management to align across all work phases.
