Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Milwaukee, WI to lead electrical utility construction projects from proposal through execution, ensuring scope, technical soundness, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external engineering partners, review EPC proposals, and help align schedule and budget across all project phases. Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management and 3+ years in an electrical utility contractor are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience from an electrical utility contractor.
• Experience with substation or transmission.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from proposal development through execution, ensuring scope, technical soundness, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners; oversee equipment sourcing and EPC review to align across project phases.
