KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks a Project Controls Cost Analyst to support EPC projects in Odessa or Houston, TX. You will deliver cost reporting, forecasting, and EVM analysis, ensuring budgets and schedules stay on track.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience in cost management, and collaboration with procurement, accounting, payroll, and billing teams across large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls, cost management, forecasting, and EVM in EPC or oil & gas environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze weekly project cost reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare labor productivity and progress reports.
• Track costs for indirect labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Assist with change management, budgets, and trends.
• Provide accurate cost forecasting and identify budget impacts.
• Support Earned Value Management reporting and project performance.
