Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Portfolio & Scheduling in Lake Mary, FL to lead project scheduling across a broad portfolio. You will drive consistency, mentor schedulers, and ensure alignment with project controls and PMO leadership.

The role emphasizes Primavera P6 expertise, EVM support, and portfolio-wide scheduling governance, with collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Formación

• The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of EPC project scheduling experience, preferably in power generation.
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise and resource-loaded scheduling capability.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis and critical path evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary scheduling SME across all projects.
• Review and validate project schedules for logic integrity and contract compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex scheduling issues with PMs and stakeholders.
• Lead development and implementation of scheduling standards and templates.
• Facilitate training programs to enhance scheduler capabilities.
• Support scheduling resource allocation and portfolio-level execution.
• Oversee baseline schedule development across the portfolio.
• Conduct schedule health checks and risk assessments.
• Provide oversight of EPC contractor schedules and milestones.
