Job summary

PACK Power LLC seeks a Project Scheduler to develop and manage detailed schedules for electrical construction and EPC projects from planning through closeout. You’ll work with Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, and field teams to establish realistic timelines and identify schedule risks.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of related experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Experience with electrical construction activities and schedules.
• Knowledge of schedule recovery, delay analysis, change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline and execution schedules for electrical construction and EPC projects.
• Build schedules from contracts, scopes, drawings, procurement, and construction plans.
• Establish activities, durations, logic, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Maintain critical path schedules and identify impact on completion.
• Incorporate engineering, procurement, material delivery, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Track milestones, long-lead materials, and schedule-sensitive activities.
• Identify delays and develop recovery strategies with the project team.
• Monitor critical activities and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Prepare schedule reports, look-aheads, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, subs, and field teams to align activities.
