Job summary

THRYVE is hiring a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to drive B2B sales and manage EPC clients mainly in Central and Northern Germany. This remote position offers flexibility and a comprehensive onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and strong proficiency in German. Key responsibilities include customer acquisition, relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to execute market strategies.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as a Key Account Manager or Sales Engineer.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, especially in the electrical industry.
• Willingness to travel within DACH (~30%).

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and expand existing relationships in EPCs.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the full sales cycle.
• Conduct sales pitches, presentations, and customer consulting.
