Job summary

AWC, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Developer – EPC to build and scale our project pipeline through EPC relationships and early-stage influence. The role focuses on shaping specifications and positioning AWC as the preferred solution for customers and partners.

You will operate at the intersection of EPCs, end users, and technology partners, driving strategy from Pre-FEED through award and expanding AWC’s presence across key accounts and market verticals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in flow control/valve automation sales, business development, or project capture.
• Proven success building and winning business through EPCs on capital projects.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle (Pre-FEED, FEED, Execute).
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments (EPC, Client, Partner).
• Commercial acumen with a track record of driving projects to award.
• Technical foundation in valve applications, automation, and process systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale AWC's project pipeline through EPC relationships.
• Engage early in Pre-FEED/FEED to shape specifications and package strategies.
• Create repeatable project capture strategies and engagement models.
• Coordinate internal teams and partners to deliver differentiated solutions.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and drive margins and win probability.
