Job summary

WCL Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Engineer - EPC to support large-scale EPC, EPCM, Design-Build, and Construction Management projects from engineering to turnover. The role serves as a key link between engineering, procurement, construction, and project leadership to keep technical deliverables aligned with schedules.

The ideal candidate has experience with ATF projects and understands how engineering deliverables transition into procurement and field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• Approximately 5+ years of EPC/construction execution experience in industrial or complex environments.
• Experience in ATF or similar capital projects (semiconductor fabs, pharma, biotech, data centers) is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EPC lifecycle: engineering/design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover.

Responsibilities

• Support EPC/EPCM/Design-Build/Construction Management projects across all phases.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Track deliverables, packages, and documentation to align with schedules and milestones.
• Support multidisciplinary engineering coordination across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, piping, instrumentation, controls.
