Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a Senior Vice President of EPC Engineering to lead the engineering organization for utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects. This on-site role in Houston requires proven EPC execution leadership and the ability to drive design, procurement, construction and commissioning to successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven EPC leadership delivering utility-scale projects.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license; discipline-agnostic.
• Track record of delivering utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects >100 MWDC.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute engineering strategy; lead transition to third-party PM and affiliate-support model.
• Lead, scale and mentor civil, structural, electrical and mechanical engineering teams.
• Identify technical risks, use value engineering, optimize design and support permitting assessments.
• Deliver engineering products consistently; partner with customers to present options and value engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, and Construction leadership to meet schedule and budget.
