Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful business development and sales in solar or related energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of solar project development and EPC processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals and exceed targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial solar sector (EPC projects).
• Engage in outside sales more than 50% of the time.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with general contractors, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet annual revenue targets of $3–$5 million.
• Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials and campaigns.
