Job summary

Flintco is seeking an EPC Contracts Specialist to manage contracts across the project lifecycle. You will mitigate risks, support procurement, and coordinate with project managers, legal teams, and subcontractors to deliver successful project execution.

The ideal candidate has a 3–5 year track record in EPC or construction contract administration, solid knowledge of various contract types, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of contract administration experience in EPC, construction, or energy projects.
• Experience with lump-sum, cost-reimbursable, and unit-rate contracts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, risk allocation, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records, trackers, NDAs, and correspondence through project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project managers, legal teams, and subcontractors to execute contracts.
• Prepare documentation and monthly reports per director guidance.
• Facilitate NDA completion and maintain confidential document organization.
