Job summary

Lexicon seeks a motivated Contracts and Procurement Specialist to support contract development, procurement activities, and coordination on major EPC projects. Entry-level role ideal for professionals with foundational contract administration or supply chain experience.

You will assist in drafting contracts, manage documentation, coordinate with vendors, and track milestones within a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or project support (preferably in EPC, construction, energy, or industrial sectors).
• Basic understanding of contract terms, commercial principles, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to contract management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contract Support & Documentation: draft, review, and organize contracts, purchase orders, NDAs, and change orders; maintain files and key dates in management systems; ensure documentation complies with policies.
• Procurement & Vendor Coordination: issue RFQs, track bids, and compile commercial comparisons; coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors; monitor delivery schedules and report delays.
• EPC Project Coordination: align contract milestones with project goals; track contract status and change orders; assist with basic issue resolution under guidance.
• Compliance & Reporting: ensure adherence to legal, safety, and quality standards; prepare status reports and trackers; maintain data for metrics and forecasts.
