The position emphasizes financial health of projects, elite vendor management, and proactive collaboration with accounting and field staff.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to support complex EPC projects and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial health of projects.
• Lead EPC contract negotiations and schedules.
• Lead vendor procurement for major subs and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections.
• Allocate estimates in finance system and approve invoices.
• Provide financials and billings to accounting; create monthly owner billings.
• Manage subcontracts and suppliers; oversee budget and trade partner selections.
• Handle billings, contract management, and change orders.
• Develop and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
