Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Anticipated travel exceeds 50% to project sites, client locations, partner offices, and other business-critical locations.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of large, complex EPC projects, including safety, quality, cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Leads integrated EPC project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, startup/commissioning, project controls, and safety.
• Directs project managers and construction leaders; guides priorities, execution strategy, and issue resolution.
• Manages multiple clients and new business objectives; supports complex contract negotiations.
• Manages varied risk including fixed price, new technology, and labor/productivity risks.
