Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Contract Manager to support large EPC, power generation, or industrial construction projects in the United States. You will work with project management, engineering, procurement, legal and finance to protect the company’s contractual position throughout project execution.

You will review EPC contracts and consortium agreements, monitor risks and opportunities, and support claims involving delays, change orders and liquidated damages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Legal Studies or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting large EPC, power generation, oil and gas or industrial projects.
• Experience with construction claims, delay disputes, change orders and liquidated damages.

Responsibilities

• Identify contractual risks, potential claims, liquidated damages and commercial opportunities.

This position would suit an experienced contracts professional looking to take ownership of commercially complex projects within the power generation industry.
