Job summary

Cleanedge Resources is seeking a Civil Quality Engineer – EPC (CBG Project) to ensure civil construction at the Biogas plant aligns with drawings, specs and quality standards. Role focuses on QA/QC procedures, inspections, material verification, and documentation.

You will coordinate with clients and inspectors, oversee lab tests per IS codes, and help close punch points during commissioning. Contract-based project assignment with strong emphasis on adherence to codes and quality control.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• Certification in QA/QC or NDT is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.
• Conduct inspections of civil works: excavation, PCC/RCC, reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring and finishing, foundations, roads, and paving.
• Verify materials at site and ensure compliance with approved specs.
• Review and approve MIRs and WIRs.
• Ensure lab and field tests per IS codes/project specs.
• Monitor concrete quality: slump tests, cube casting, curing, and compressive strength.
• Maintain quality documentation: inspection/test reports, checklists, MRAs, NCRs, CAPA.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors during inspections.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, and specs.
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and client quality audits.
• Prepare quality dossiers and handover docs at project completion.
• Support commissioning by closing civil punch points.
