Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other systems.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Perform common area maintenance and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, and other issues; observe safety rules.
