Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residents and work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, with turnover duties and site maintenance across the property in Odenton, MD.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required, must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliances, and other areas as needed.
• Turnover apartments within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, pressure wash, clean windows.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues and maintain preventive maintenance program.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe safety rules and work cooperatively in a team.
