Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Effective time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and work in a team.
• Willingness to work on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliances and related systems.
• Carry out apartment turnover maintenance and complete turnover checklist within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain common areas including cleaning and debris removal.
• Monitor exterior building issues (roof, siding, shutters) and assist preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of all equipment; inventory newly purchased tools.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules.
