Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days if required.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days.
• Monitor building exterior for issues and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
