Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for our residential properties in Friendswood, TX. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled repairs, turnover tasks and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, plus strong time management, reliability, and communication with residents.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Clear communication with residents.
• On-call availability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other systems.
• Complete turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and finish turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, windows, etc.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters and related issues.
• Support preventive maintenance program for assigned areas.
• Enter new tools/equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; follow safety rules.
• Observe safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager for timely service.
