Job summary

CaroMont Medical Group in Gaston County, North Carolina seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to serve as Arrhythmia Services Program Coordinator – Lead EP APP. The role leads EP services, drives clinical excellence, and streamlines EP operations in collaboration with cardiovascular leadership.

The position requires NP or PA background with leadership ability; IBHRE certification is preferred. This is an employed role with competitive compensation and robust benefits within CaroMont

Qualifications

• NP or PA with leadership skills and strong clinical acumen
• IBHRE certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Integrate evidence-based guidelines in EP care and develop patient-centric protocols.
• Coordinate educational sessions on arrhythmias for staff in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with IT to update EMR order sets and EP-related protocols.
• Work with pharmacy, radiology, PACU, ED and nursing on EP projects.
• Develop scheduling workflows for efficient EP lab utilization.
• Engage in community outreach to promote EP program growth and awareness.
• Provide clinical liaison for EP matters to administration and staff.
• Oversee Cardiac Implanted Electronic Device (CIED) clinic operations and device management.
