Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, operations, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions and use electronic data collection systems and computer software.
• Ability to prioritize work by sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importance.
• Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Ability to make critical decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, weld, x-ray, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, electronics, and related medical device assemblies.
• Follow detailed instructions for routine and new/special activities.
• Maintain traveler and quality records; ensure parts are traceable and quality documented.
• Demonstrate Lean Manufacturing understanding and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support safety, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
