Job summary

Abbott is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor in Minnetonka, MN to lead a production area in the EP Electrophysiology business. The role is 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00 am–3:30 pm) with overtime and weekend work as needed.

You will drive production plan execution, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates' or Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing or operational experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality systems; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day team leadership for a production area or work group.
• Develop and implement production process excellence activities; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate policies and supervise operations to meet objectives.
