Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing and/or operational experience.
• Ability to motivate, direct, and mentor staff with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality systems; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership in day-to-day activities for an assigned production area.
• Develop and implement production process excellence initiatives.
• Report on team accomplishments and productivity to management.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Lead cross-functional teams and address training needs.
• Maintain and improve Quality System effectiveness.
• Ensure production plan execution aligns with business requirements.
• Promote communication and teamwork across shifts.
• Oversee people-management activities within the group.
