Job summary

Mercy in Illinois is hiring an EP Lab Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process, with dayshift hours 7am–5:30pm, four 10-hour shifts, and minimal on-call.

Qualified candidates will be graduates of an accredited RN program with an active RN license, BLS certification within 30 days, and ideally telemetry or ICU experience. Mercy offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus plus comprehensive day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required and maintained in hiring state
• Minimum 2 years Telemetry and/or ICU experience
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process
• Monitor telemetry/ICU patients and coordinate with care teams
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality of information
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate patient care
