Job summary

Mercy in Kirkwood, MO is seeking an EP Lab - Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate care with other departments. This full-time day position features 4 ten-hour shifts (7am–5:30pm) with minimal on-call and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

You will support telemetry and ICU patients and contribute to Mercy’s mission and service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license required and maintained in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years Telemetry and/or ICU experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification either currently or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties in line with Mercy mission, values and service standards.
