Job summary

Mercy’s EP Lab is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process; ensure patient rights and confidentiality; coordinate with other departments; support Mercy Service Standards.

Full-time days, 7am-5:30pm, 4x10-hour shifts, minimal call. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available. Mercy offers day-one benefits, tuition reimbursement, and employer-matched retirement plans for team members working 32+ hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years Telemetry and/or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Adheres to Mercy Service Standards and mission.
