Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for the EP Lab to provide direct patient care using the nursing process. The role requires coordination with diverse teams, ensuring patient rights and privacy are upheld while delivering compassionate care.

Candidates should have an accredited RN program background, an active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, and ideally 2 years of Telemetry or ICU experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Must hold a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Preferred Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry and/or ICU experience.
• Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart Association or complete within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
